When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in the Europe or Asia. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. On the product page you will see where the item is currently stored and how long the expected delivery time will be. Generally, it will take 12 - 20 business days for delivery in the United States, and 20-40 business days for all other international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site is the tax-free local price, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes only if the order is sent to you from China.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping delivery time rates and rates
Shipping charges: Stock held in our UK warehouse is shipped by second class Royal Mail. After processing and leaving the UK warehouse, items usually take between 3 to 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Stock shipped from abroad usually takes between 20-40 business days. Whether your item is stored at our UK warehouse or sent from abroad will be shown in the product description page.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below is a guideline.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days.
Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. If there are any delays we will communicate this to you as soon as possible by email. We cannot be held responsoble for any failure by the mailing system to deliver packages.

Once you have made your oder you will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Customize the following: We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for shipments from Abroad. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We cannot be liable or any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim and take a photograph and submit this to us when.
International Shipping Policy
We are not yet ready to offer a full service sending shipments outside the UK. If, however, you would like to purchase a product and live outside the UK please contact us and we will try our best to help you.
