Returns and Refund Policy

I . RETURN PROCESS:

To guarantee fast and smooth warranty process:

  • Please send us your order number, and describe the issue and provide us with a picture(s) that displays the problem.
  • Once we have received your information we will reply to you within 2 working days.
  • Please do not send returns to the address on the package received; only send them to the address that our customer service has provided. A return or exchange will only be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center at: contact@jpallstars.com.

II . RETURN POLICY

  • You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service team who are here to serve you. All you need do is to contact us and describe the problem or the reason for return along with your order number.
  • Items should not be worn outside nor washed and any label should be attached.
  • We are responsible for the following defects returned within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn fabric, poor quality material, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received.
  • If you have chosen the wrong size/color or do not like the item (item is not faulty), we allow a return once we have received relevant information. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be eligible for a refund. 

III . EXCHANGE & REFUND

You are guaranteed to obtain a refund or an exchange once we have received    your return.

 . SHIPPING FEES

  • JP All Stars  is not liable for shipping fees under the following circumstances:
  • Garment doesn't fit;
  • Customer has changed mind or dislikes the item.

. PACKAGE RETURNED

  • Please tell us the tracking number after you have returned an item.
